(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd said Monday that Labro Investments Ltd, an entity in which Chair Martin Andersson holds a beneficial interest, purchased around GBP45,200 in stock over two transactions on Thursday and Friday last week.
On Thursday, Labro bought 33,614 shares at an average price of 37.43 pence per share, totalling GBP12,582.
On Friday, Labro acquired 86,838 shares for 37.55 pence each on average, at a total of GBP32,611.
Following these transactions, Labro now holds 146.0 million shares overall, reflecting a 33% interest in Chaarat.
Shares in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia-focused gold miner were down 1.3% at 37.80 pence on Tuesday in London.
