(Alliance News) - ITM Power PLC said Friday it has appointed Juergen Nowicki as non-executive director with immediate effect.
The energy storage and clean fuel company said Nowicki is currently a senior vice-president commercial and chief financial officer of Linde Engineering Ltd, where he leads commercial activities of the company.
ITM Chair Roger Bone said: "Juergen's appointment strengthens the communication between ITM Power and our largest shareholder Linde Engineering and we all look forward to developing a very close working relationship in the coming years."
ITM Power shares were down 1.0% in London at 59.40 pence each on Friday afternoon.
