(Alliance News) - Inchcape PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed former LeasePlan Corp NV chief financial officer Gijsbert de Zoeten as its own CFO.
De Zoeten will join car dealer Inchcape as CFO-designate on Tuesday next week. Then, at the start of September, he will join the company's board as an executive director and take up the full CFO role.
He joined vehicle leasing and digital used car marketplace LeasePlan in 2016 and left late in 2018 after plans for an initial public offering were aborted. He was previously CFO of Unilever Europe.
Inchcape's current CFO, Richard Howes, will step down at the end of August to become CFO at Bunzl PLC.
