IN BRIEF: Westmount Energy makes final convertible loan note repayment

Westmount Energy Ltd - invests in companies which operate in oil & gas related industries - Says final repayment has been made with respect to the 10% per annum convertible unsecured loan notes 2021, due on March 31. The final repayment is a total of GBP456,547 consisting of GBP400,000 residual principal of convertible loan notes plus GBP56,547 in accrued interest. Says notes have been repaid in full and the company is now debt free.
