VR Education Holdings PLC - Irish virtual reality technology company - Completes placing of 48.4 million shares at 16 pence each, raising GBP7.7 million. The sale reflects around 20% of VR Education's issued share capital pre-placing. The shares were placed by J&E Davy UK Ltd and Shard Capital Partners LLP, who were acting as joint bookrunners. After admission the company will have 290 million shares overall.
