VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Ltd - investment company - Says Asia Investment & Finance Ltd, a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group, sold 855,000 shares at a price of 350 pence per share. The shares which have been sold were purchased by investment manager using incentive fees received in previous years and have been held for over 12 months, as required by the investment management agreement. Investment manager continues to maintain a 1.0% beneficial interest in the company.
