IN BRIEF: Unilever taps Shell Director Zoe Yujnovich to join board

Unilever PLC - London-based consumer goods firm - Appoints Shell PLC Integrated Gas and Upstream Director Zoe Yujnovich to join the Unilever board as an independent non-executive director from March 1. Yujnovich worked for Rio Tinto PLC before joining Shell in 2014. The election and re-election of non-executive directors will take place on April 30 at the annual general meeting. Non-Executive Andrea Jung will not stand for re-election.

Chair Ian Meakins said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Andrea Jung for her contribution to the Unilever board over her many years of service. I would also like to welcome Zoe Yujnovich to the board. Zoe brings a wealth of experience, and I am sure we will greatly benefit from her experience and expertise."

Current stock price: 4,6067.00 pence, up 0.1%

12-month change: up 18%
