Seneca Growth Capital VCT PLC - Sells 1.0 million Scancell Holdings PLC shares, realising GBP126,619 and generating a profit compared to original GBP63,110 original cost. This is an increase on the June 30 carrying value of the shares, being GBP72,033. Retains 12.0 million Scancell shares in share pool. Sells remaining 400,000 shares in Omega Diagnostics Group PLC, releasing GBP296,166 and up GBP132,166 from June carrying value. Has now sold 2.3 million Omega shares since 2019 end for GBP987,318 generating profit compared to original cost of GBP659,318. Seneca Growth net asset value per share as at September 15 is 35.8p, up from 22.2p June 30. "This increase is a result of the profit generated on the sale of Omega and Scancell shares, and the increase in value of the remaining Scancell shares, net of the associated movement in the performance fee accrual."
