Red Rock Resources PLC - gold explorer in Kenya and Australia, copper-cobalt in Congo - Raises GBP1.0 million from placing of 125.0 million shares at 0.8 pence each, together with 1-for-1 warrants to buy shares at 1.2p for 30 months. "The company will continue to be able to fund a significant part of its operations from existing resources," explains Chair Andrew Bell, "however this financing enables Red Rock to move immediately to exploit the opportunities we have now developed."
