IN BRIEF: Picton Property names former Land Securities CEO as chair

Picton Property Income Ltd - London-based commercial property real estate investment trust - Names Francis Salway as chair, to take effect on February 1. Salway is succeeding Lena Wilson, who will step down from the board on January 31.

Salway was the chief executive of FTSE 100-listed Land Securities PLC between 2004 and 2012, and prior to that was investment director at Standard Life Investments. He is currently a non-executive director at Watkin Jones PLC and Cadogan Group Ltd.

Current stock price: 60.70 pence, up 0.2% in London on Monday morning

12-month change: down 8.9%
