IN BRIEF: MetalNRG Adjourns Meeting As Matters Still Progressing

MetalNRG PLC - London-based resource investing and exploration company - Intends to adjourn Friday general meeting as it "is still progressing matters relating to the transactions which are the subject of the GM". Reconvened GM details are to be made available "as soon as possible". GM needed to seek approval for renewing MetalNRG's authority to allot shares and disapply pre-emption rights. This is in connection with its proposed Lake Victoria Gold Ltd acquisition and GBP4.5 million placing.
