Marshall Motor Holdings PLC - Cambridge-based automotive retailer - Approves 400 pence per share takeover offer by Constellation Automotive Holdings Ltd's subsidiary, CAG Vega 2 Ltd.

Offer values the company at GBP322.9 million.

The acquisition is conditional on gaining approval from at least 50% of Marshall Motor shareholders, as well as from the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Current stock price: 393.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up from 140.50p on December 31, 2020
