IN BRIEF: Litigation against Trident Royalties dismissed by court

Trident Royalties PLC - London-based mining royalty and streaming company with projects in countries ranging from Peru to Canada - Says that litigation against it made by Lithium Royalty Company has been dismissed by the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice. This is because the deadline for Lithium Royalty to appeal the original finding of the judge has now passed. The litigation related to an application by Lithium Royalty alleging that there was an oral agreement that gave rise to a binding agreement of purchase and sale of the Thacker Pass royalty, of which Trident holds a 60% interest.

Current stock price: 37.50 pence, up 4.2% in London

Year-to-date change: down 6.3%
