Kingswood Holdings Ltd - London-based wealth manager - Agrees to acquire the business assets of Yorkshire-focused financial planning business DJ Cooke Financial Planning Ltd for up to GBP1.5 million.
GBP749,000 will be paid once the acquisition is completed, and the remaining balance will be paid on a deferred basis, subject to the achievement of certain performance targets.

This is our first acquisition of 2022 and we continue to have a strong pipeline of high-quality UK opportunities under negotiation, five of which are in the exclusive due diligence stage," says UK CEO David Lawrence.
