Invinity Energy Systems PLC - London-based flow battery maker - Slightly more than 25% of shareholder votes are cast against remuneration report at annual general meeting on Wednesday. Resolution passes, along with all other resolutions, but, as less than 80% - 74.7% - were in favour, Invinity says it will "engage with shareholders to understand and discuss their concerns".
