Gunsynd PLC - London-based investment firm - Partially disposes of holdings in investee companies Empress Royalty Corp and Eagle Mountain Mining Ltd. Sells 400,000 Empress shares for CAD186,515, or GBP107,810, and sells 213,169 Eagle Mountain shares for AUD198,035, or GBP110,257. Says following these sales, Gunsynd holds 600,000 Empress shares and 2.5 million Eagle Mountain shares.

Current stock price: 1.89 pence

Year-to-date change: down 5.2%
