Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 PLC - investment firm - At general meeting for company and Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 2 PLC, shareholders for both companies have voted to approve the special resolution to adopt a new investment policy.
As a result, both companies will enter a managed wind-down, where they will look to realise the company's investments in a manner where they can maximise the net value received from investments and making timely returns to shareholders.
