IN BRIEF: Geiger Counter Asset Value Falls But Uranium Price Up Since

Geiger Counter Ltd - invests in companies involved in exploration, development and production of uranium for the nuclear power industry - Net asset value at March 31, end of its first half, fell 35% annually to 10.18 pence per share from 15.76p. Geiger notes that uranium spot price remained between USD24 per pound and USD26 during the period, but has since rallied to USD33.

Current stock price: 15.80p

Year-to-date change: up 1.9%
