Europa Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - UK and Ireland-focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company - Names largest shareholder Bo Kroll as non-executive chair, replacing Brian O'Cathain who is stepping down after seven years. Kroll increased his holding to 6.0% in July.
Chief Executive Officer William Hollands said: "I am delighted to welcome Bo's appointment as chairman of the board. He brings substantial and relevant corporate experience of successfully growing companies along with first class technical and commercial expertise. Bo has demonstrated his commitment to the success of Europa through his continued investment in the company and is now our largest shareholder."
