Eleco PLC - London-based construction software developer - Receives requisition notice from JM Finn Nominees Ltd and Fiske Nominees Ltd, which hold a 11% stake in Eleco in aggregate, requiring the company's board to convene a general meeting of shareholders for the considerations of certain resolutions.
The two ordinary resolutions are for Kevin Craig and Serena Lang to stand for reappointment as directors, while one of the special resolutions are that each current director of the company should retire from office and stand for reappointment at each annual general meeting after this resolution is passed.
The other special resolution is that the Remuneration Committee Reports contained within Eleco's annual report and accounts for 2020 is approved.
