Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - mine in Armenia and development assets in Kyrgyz Republic - Gold equivalent output at Kapan asset rises 21% annually during first quarter to 16,174 ounces. Standalone earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation improves yearly to USD6.9 million from USD2 million. Says receives "support and appreciation" at Tulkubash & Kyzyltash and project financing expected to close in first half of 2021 and updated bankable feasibility study in May.
