Cake Box Holdings PLC - Wembley, London-based fresh cream and egg-free cake retailer - Chief Executive Officer Sukh Chamdal and spouse Santosh Chamdal intend to sell 3 million shares in Cake Box via an accelerated bookbuild for which Shore Capital Stockbrokers Ltd is acting as sole bookrunner.
Should all shares be sold via the placing, the Chamdals will retain 9.8 million shares, representing around 25% of the company's issued share capital.
The final number of shares to be placed, and at what price, will be agreed by the bookrunner and sellers at the close of the bookbuild process.
