BSF Enterprise PLC - UK-based company seeking acquisition target within the innovation marketing and technology sector - Commences trading on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange following placing which raised GBP1.8 million through the issue of 23.7 million shares at 7.37 pence each.
Proceeds will be used for lab space and consumables, hiring additional staff, increased marketing and increased use of recently acquired 3D Bio-Tissues Ltd's staff.
"Our successful acquisition of 3DBT provides investors with exposure to an extremely exciting suite of IP which can be used for multiple applications across numerous fast-growing and transformative markets, including the lab grown meat and leather markets, as well as skin care," said Executive Director Geoff Baker.
