IN BRIEF: Breedon Non-Executive Mannings leaves, Lafferty replaces

Breedon Group PLC - Leicestershire, England-based construction materials company - Says Moni Mannings, non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee, has given notice of her intention to step down on Saturday next week, with the expectation of joining the board of Cazoo as a non-executive director.

Breedon also reported the appointment of Pauline Lafferty as an independent non-executive director from Sunday next week. Lafferty will take up the role of chair of the company's Remuneration Committee and become the designated non-executive director responsible for Workforce Engagement, taking over from Mannings when she steps down.

Lafferty is currently a non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee of XP Power Ltd.

Year-to-date change: up 25%
