Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC - investment firm based in London - Closes subscription offer and says it will no longer accept any further subscriptions for new shares. Notes that in September, it launched - in conjunction with Baronsmead Second Venture PLC - an offer for subscription to each raise up to GBP20 million, with an over allotment facility to each raise up to a further GBP17.5 million. Earlier in February, it released a further GBP2.5 million of shares under the over allotment facility. On Monday, Baronsmead notes the offer is now fully subscribed.
