Bahamas Petroleum Co PLC - Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company - Term of Goudron incremental production service contract with Heritage Petroleum Co Ltd has been extended to end of 2020 from September 30. Term extension is to allow Heritage time to obtain requisite consents from the Ministry of Energy & Energy Industries for new 10-year agreement.
In relation to Inniss-Trinity asset, share purchase agreement with Predator Oil & Gas Holding Ltd has lapsed. Agreement was part of well participation agreement, which would see Predator acquire corporate entity which holds asset for USD4.3 million.
