Animalcare Group PLC - York-based veterinary sales and marketing - Downshire 1992 Settlement Trust sells 33,409 shares at 300 pence, worth GBP100,227, on Tuesday. Non-Executive Director Nick Downshire is a trustee and therefore has a non-beneficial interest. Nick Downshire now has a beneficial interest in 859,583 shares and a non-beneficial interest in a further 152,037.

Current stock price: 301.77 pence

Year-to-date change: up 51%
