Allied Minds PLC - US-based intellectual property commercialisation company - Portfolio company TableUp Inc acquired by TouchBistro Inc in stock deal. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. A total of 2.5 million shares of TouchBistro will be paid to Allied Minds valued at USD6.0 million. TableUp provides loyalty and marketing solutions for the restaurant industry. TouchBistro Inc is a Toronto-based software company that develops a restaurant point of sale system for Apple Inc's iPad.
