(Alliance News) - Hibernia REIT PLC said on Tuesday it has appointed Grainne Hollywood as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
The real estate investment trust said Hollywood will also join the nominations committee and the investment and development executive committees.
Hibernia said Hollywood most recently was director of development & construction at Bartra Capital Property.
She is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years' of experience and is a specialist in property and development matters, the company noted.
Hibernia REIT shares closed down 1.1% in London at EUR1.39 each on Tuesday.
