(Alliance News) - Greencoat UK Wind PLC announced on Tuesday that it has promoted Lucinda Riches to senior independent director following its 2022 annual general meeting.
The London-based renewable energy infrastructure investor explained that Riches will succeed William Rickett who confirmed his intention to retire following the conclusion of the AGM.
Riches had served as non-executive director since May 2019 and is currently senior independent director and deputy chair of London-based investment bank Peel Hunt Ltd as well as a non-executive director of London-based industrial equipment rental company Ashtead Group PLC.
Riches also worked at Swiss investment bank UBS Group AG for 21 years until 2007 where she was a managing director and global head of Equity Capital Markets. Until 2021 she was non-executive director at Dublin-based building materials company CRH PLC and senior independent director of London-based investment company ICG Enterprise Trust PLC.
Shares were up 1.3% at 143.19 pence on Tuesday morning in London.
