(Alliance News) - Uxbridge-based construction group Galliford Try Holdings PLC on Monday announced the resignation of non-executive director and chair of the audit committee Jeremy Townsend, effective immediately.
Townsend, who will also be stepping down from the role of CFO at pest control company Rentokil Intial PLC in August, has joined the board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
At Morrison, he will be appointed to the audit, corporate compliance & responsibility, nomination, and remuneration committees.
Galliford Try shares were up 2.6% at 116.88 pence on Monday morning in London while Morrison Shares were down 0.4% at 184.60p.
