(Alliance News) - Forterra PLC on Thursday said it has completed the sale of a site in England's East Midlands region for GBP14.2 million.
The building products manufacturer said the site in Swadlincote contained a concrete flooring factory.
Forterra will lease part of the site until the end of the year, as remaining operations are wound up.
"It is a condition of the sale that the Swadlincote site will not be used for the manufacture of building products," Forterra said.
Forterra shares were 0.3% lower at 305.00 pence each in London on Thursday morning.
