LONDON (Alliance News) - Forbidden Technologies PLC Monday said it has appointed Brian Boring as General Manager, North American Sales and Strategic Partnerships, as it tries to expand outside the UK.
The AIM-quoted developer of a cloud-based video platform said Boring will be based in Los Angeles. Most recently he was head of sales and technology at MelroseMAC and MelroseTEC, and was previously at Wexler Video.
"We've built a strong reputation and following within the UK media and entertainment industry. We're poised to expand into new markets throughout the world. Brian's impressive résumé includes business development; knowledge of the broadcast, production, and post-production markets and a keen understanding of production workflows. These all make him the ideal person to expand our presence in North America," Forbidden Business Development Director Greg Hirst said in a statement.
Forbidden Technologies shares were up 4.4% at 34.98 pence midday Monday.
