Hollywood Bowl Group PLC - Hemel Hempstead, England-based ten-pin bowling operator - Names Chief People Officer Melanie Dickinson as executive director with immediate effect. Dickinson has been part of the group for nine years since 2012.

Drax Group PLC - Selby, England-based electrical power station operator - Appoints Erika Peterman and Kim Keating as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Peterman is currently senior vice president at German chemicals firm BASF SE, while Keating has been part of Canadian construction firm Cahill Group for eight years since 2013, her most recent role being as senior adviser.
