Director dealings: Workspace director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Workspace Group revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Duncan Owen had acquired 5,560 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust.
Owen, who joined Workspace in July, purchased the shares at an average price of 901.0p each, for a total value of £50,095.60.

Back in June, Workspace reported a 52% decline in trading profit after interest to £38.7m in its full-year results.

Workspace's total dividend for the year ended 31 March was 17.75p per share, down from 36.16p in the prior year.

As of 1630 BST, Workspace shares were up 0.39% at 901.50p.
