Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based central and eastern Europe-focused budget airline - Confirms that Chair William Franke sold 7.7 million shares via Indigo Hungary LP and Indigo Maple Hill LP at GBP52.00, worth GBP400.0 million, on Thursday. Franke now holds 57.6% of Wizz Air shares, down from GBP66.7%. Barclays Bank The sale to institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuild run by Barclays Bank PLC was first announced late Monday.

London Stock Exchange Group PLC - trading and clearing operator and index calculator - Non-Executive Director Stephen O'Connor buys 1,500 shares at GBP71.88, worth GBP107,820, on Friday. JPMorgan Securities said on Friday it placed GBP745 million worth of LSEG shares on behalf of Thomson Reuters Corp, Blackstone Group Inc and members of Refinitiv's management team. LSEG completed its USD27 billion acquisition of financial market data and infrastructure provider Refinitiv in January. The sellers now will own in aggregate around a 30% economic interest and a 22% voting interest in LSEG.

Brunner Investment Trust PLC - seeks growth in capital and dividends from companies globally - Non-Executive Director Jim Sharp buys 2,279 shares at 898.68p, worth GBP20,481, on Friday.
