(Alliance News) - Volex PLC on Friday said Chief Financial Officer Daren Morris bought GBP22,200 worth of shares.
The cable assembly solutions supplier said that in transactions on Thursday and Friday, Morris purchased a total of 22,000 shares at an average price of GBP1.11 each.
The purchases bring his total shareholding to 890,000 shares, reflecting a 0.6% stake in the company.
Volex shares were trading 0.5% lower at 106.00 pence each on Friday afternoon in London.
