TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based bank - Says Nikoloz Kurdiani, deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 5,000 shares at a price of GBP11.16 each, worth GBP55,800, on Monday.

Energean PLC - London-based hydrocarbon exploration and production company - Says Chief Financial Officer Panos Benos sells 700,000 shares at GBP8 each, totalling GBP5.6 million, on Friday last week.

Coral Products PLC - Manchester, England-based manufacturer & distributor of plastic injection - Says Non-Executive Director David Low buys 150,000 shares at 13.75 pence each, worth GBP20,625. This transaction was completed on Tuesday.
