Telecom Plus PLC - London-based provider of bundled household utility services, including energy, broadband and mobile telecommunications, and insurance under the Utility Warehouse brand - Chair Charles Wigoder buys 200,000 shares at GBP17.70, worth GBP3.5 million, on Monday. Now has an interest, both beneficial and non-beneficial, in 8.6 million shares, a 10.9% stake.

Smurfit WestRock PLC - Dublin-based packaging manufacturer - Saverio Mayer, CEO of Europe, Middle East Africa and Asia-Pacific, sells 25,000 shares at average GBP43.27, worth GBP1.1 million, on Monday.

Argentex Group PLC - London-based provider of foreign exchange services for institutions, corporates and high-net-worth private individuals - Chair Nigel Railton buys 693,000 shares at 30.94 pence, worth GBP214,414, on Monday. Now has 1.3 million shares, a 1.1% stake.

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - invests in data centres, telecommunications towers and fibre networks in the UK, Europe and North America - Chair & Co-Founder Steven Marshall buys 179,305 shares at average 88.1p, worth GBP157,968, on November 27. Marshall now has 10.7 million shares. Directors of the company and its investment manager, Cordiant Capital Inc, have a 1.8% stake.

Facilities by ADF PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based serviced production facilities for UK film and television industry - Chief Executive Officer Marsden Proctor buys 79,947 shares at 31.60p, worth GBP25,263, on Monday. Now has 1.5 million shares, a 1.4% stake.
