LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Peter Simmonds bought 60,000 shares at 80.0 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following this purchase, Simmonds holds 138,055 shares, or a 1.0% stake in the cloud-based software company.
The stock was up 5.5% at 82.85p Wednesday.
