Alphawave IP Group PLC - London-based company that designs and licences computer chip technology - Executive Director Sehat Sutardja buys 1.3 million shares via Sutardja Family LLC at GBP1.37 each, worth GBP1.8 million, on Thursday. Sutardja, who joined the board in April 2021, has bought just short of 5 million shares this week via Sutardja Family, which now has 83.8 million shares, a 12.5% stake. Sutardja founded Marvell Technology Group and currently is chief executive officer of Las Vegas-based FLC Technology Group Inc.

Staffline Group PLC - Nottingham, England-based recruitment and training firm - Non-Executive Director Thomas Spain buys 500,000 shares via Henry Spain Investment Services Ltd at 50 pence, worth GBP250,000, on Thursday. Henry Spain Investment Services now has 28.0 million shares, a 17% stake.

Adnams PLC - Suffolk, England-based brewery - Non-Executive Director Michael Heald buys 3,200 B shares at GBP88.70 per share, worth GBP283,840, on Tuesday on AQSE. Heald has an 18% stake in Adnams, according to its website.

Ten Lifestyle Group PLC - London-based lifestyle and travel services - Non-Executive Chair Bruce Weatherill buys 94,540 shares at 62p, worth GBP58,615, on Friday. Now has 1.0 million shares at 1.2% stake.
