Babcock International Group PLC - London-headquartered aerospace and defence contractor - Top trio of Chair Ruth Cairnie, Chief Executive Officer David Lockwood and Chief Financial Officer David Mellors, together with associates, each buy 30,000 shares at GBP1.98 and GBP1.99, worth just under GBP180,000, on Wednesday.

National Grid PLC - London-based operator of electricity and gas networks in UK and US - Badar Khan, president for US, sells 3,000 American Depositary Shares at USD59.99, worth USD179,970, on Tuesday. Each National Grid ADS represents five ordinary shares.

Homeserve PLC - Walsall, England-based home repairs and improvements - Non-Executive Director Ron McMillan buys 2,750 shares at GBP10.90, worth GBP29,975, on Wednesday. McMillan had bought 15,249 shares earlier this month.

System1 Group PLC - London-based market research firm - CEO John Kearon sells 43,000 shares, while Chief Operating Officer Stefan Barden and CFO Chris Willford buy the same amount in total - 31,000 for Barden and 12,000 for Willford - all at 172.50p and on Tuesday. Kearon now has 2.9 million shares, a 23% stake. Barden has 815,639 shares, a 6.4% stake, and Willford 27,000 shares.
