DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Shu sells GBP47 million in vested Deliveroo shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Deliveroo PLC - London-based food delivery app - Founder & Chief Executive Officer Will Shu sells 16.9 million shares at GBP2.78, worth GBP47.0 million, on Wednesday. The sale is to cover tax liabilities from the vesting of 22.5 million shares worth GBP62.5 million. Similarly, Chief Financial Officer Adam Miller sells 694,233 shares at the same price to cover tax for the vesting of 854,200 shares. Shu now has 100.1 million B shares - each of which have 20-times the voting power of an A share - up from 94.6 million, while Miller has 561,767 A shares, up from 401,800.

Burberry Group PLC - London-based luxury goods retailer - Non-Executive Director Danuta Gray buys 3,000 shares at 1,757.00 pence, worth GBP52,710, on Tuesday. Gray, who also is the chair of Direct Line Insurance Group PLC, joined the Burberry board on Wednesday.

K3 Capital Group PLC - Bolton, England-based professional advisory services firm - Elizabeth Ford, wife of Executive Vice Chair Tony Ford, buys 15,000 shares at average 308.67p, worth GBP46,000, on Wednesday. The Fords are no interested in 5.5 million shares, a 7.6% stake.

TMT Investments PLC - venture capital investor in high-growth technology companies - Executive Director Alexander Selegenev buys 3,000 shares at average USD7.40, worth USD22,000, on Wednesday. Now has 65,812 shares, a 0.2% stake.

Ariana Resources PLC - gold producer in Turkey and explorer Kosovo and Cyprus - Managing Director Kerim Sener buys 438,000 shares at 4.2p, worth GBP18,396, on Thursday. Now has 21.1 million shares, a 1.9% stake.
