IWG PLC - Zug, Switzerland-based office space provider formerly known as Regus; IWG means International Workplace Group - Non-Executive Director Francois Pauly sells 50,000 shares at GBP3.40, worth GBP170,101, on Tuesday.

Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd - Cayman Islands-based digital marketing and advertising - Raises GBP90,000 from subscription for 6.2 million new shares at 1.45p by Executive Chair Nelson Law. He now will hold 170.7 million shares, a 33.5% stake. Sealand says it will use the new cash to explore a commercial opportunity with a European business-to-business marketing technology company. Says it is initially discussing agreeing an exclusive licence to use the unnamed company's technology in the Chinese market.

Benchmark Holdings PLC - Sheffield, England-based aquaculture genetics, health and nutrition company - Non-Executive Director Yngve Myhre buys 50,000 shares at 58p on Monday and 150,000 shares at 59p on Tuesday, both via Nima Invest AS. The purchases are worth GBP117,500 in total. Myhre now has 1.0 million shares, a 0.2% stake.

Genus PLC - Basingstoke, Hampshire-based animal genetics - Chair Iain Ferguson and wife Catherine Ferguson buy 1,500 shares in total at 4,799.72p and 4,733.1p, worth GBP71,730, on Wednesday.

Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd - investor in wind, solar and battery storage projects - Nicola Entract, wife of Jon Entract, director of Infrastructure at investment manager InfraRed Capital Partners, buys 41,288 shares at GBP1.21, worth GBP49,999, on Tuesday.

U&I Group PLC - London-based property regeneration developer and investor - Chief Executive Officer Richard Upton buys 53,580 shares at GBP0.93, worth GBP49,631, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Upton was promoted to CEO in early January has bought just over 500,000 shares since then.

IMI PLC - Birmingham-based specialist engineering; IMI means Imperial Metal Industries - Non-Executive Director Ajai Puri buys 3,000 shares at GBP13.19, worth GBP39,563. Puri joined the board on March 1.

Ten Entertainment Group PLC - Bedford, England-based tenpin bowling centre operator - CEO Graham Blackwell sells 11,360 shares at 218p and 225p, worth GBP24,860, on Monday and Tuesday. Now has 142,194 shares, a 0.2% stake. Ten Entertainment on Monday reported a swing to loss for 2020 but said it anticipates pent-up demand when its ten pin bowling centres reopen in May.

Motorpoint Group PLC - Derby, England-based vehicle retailer - Non-Executive Director Adele Cooper buys 13,327 shares at 260p, worth GBP34,650, on Wednesday.

SIG PLC - London-based supplier of insulation, roofing, commercial interiors and specialist construction products - Two associates of Non-Executive Director Shatish Dasani buy 100,000 shares at 38.6p to 38.9p, worth just under GBP39,000. Dasani joined the SIG board at the start of February.
