DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Rio Tinto executive sells GBP3.4 million in shares

Rio Tinto PLC - London-based miner - Chief Commercial Officer Alfredo Barrios sells 59,000 shares at GBP57.46, worth GBP3.4 million, on Wednesday last week.

Likewise Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based floor coverings distributor - Chair Paul Bassi sells 2.0 million shares at 15.90 pence, worth GBP318,050, on Friday last week. Still has 3.0 million shares, a 1.2% stake.

Coca-Cola HBC AG - Zug, Switzerland-based bottling partner of Coca-Cola Co - Chief Digital & Technology Officer Mourad Ajarti sells 10,000 shares at GBP27.48, worth GBP274,800, on Friday.

Taseko Mines Ltd - operates open-pit Gibraltar copper mine in British Columbia, Canada - Director Anu Dhir buys 100,000 shares at CAD3.92, worth CAD392,000, about GBP224,883, on Monday in Toronto.

Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC - London-based waste heat recovery technology and decarbonisation engineering solutions company - Raises GBP235,000 from placing of 1.96 billion shares at 0.012p each. Chair & Chief Executive Officer John Gunn buys 416.7 million of the new shares, while Chief Financial Officer Nilesh Jagatia buys 41.7 million. The funds will be used to finalise development of Inspirit's waste heat recovery engine. The raise comes on Tuesday as Inspirit wins an order to develop and sell a WHR engine to Eqtec PLC. The contract is to supply one initial unit for GBP150,000, but also includes the option for a further 10 units at GBP150,000 each from three years from the date of the agreement.

Foresight Solar Fund Ltd - sustainability-focused fund investing in solar and battery storage assets in the UK and internationally - Non-Executive Chair Alex Ohlsson buys 100,000 shares at 87.2 pence, worth GBP87,200, on Friday last week. Now has 175,000 shares.
