Rentokil Initial PLC - pest control company - Says General Counsel & Company Secretary Daragh Fagan sells 100,000 shares in four transactions on Wednesday. An average price of shares sold was 557.87 pence each for a total value of the transaction of GBP557,865. It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Fagan holds after these transactions.

Accsys Technologies PLC - chemical technology firm - Says Chief Executive Robert Harris and Finance Director William Rudge both sell shares in the company in separate transactions between July 29 and August 12. Harris disposes of a total of 89,250 shares at an average price of GBP1.65 each, worth GBP147,263. Meanwhile, Rudge sells 77,067 shares at the same average price, totalling GBP126,875. It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Harris or Rudge hold following those deals.

Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust PLC - investment firm - Says 4J Studios Ltd, which is closely associated with Chair Chris van der Kuyl, bought 285,314 shares at a price of GBP3.48 each. The transaction, which was completed on Thursday, was worth GBP991,809.
