Augean PLC - Wetherby, West Yorkshire-based waste management - Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager of North Atlantic Smaller Cos Investment Trust PLC, sells 1.5 million Augean shares at 230.0 pence, worth GBP3.5 million, on Wednesday. Harwood as manager of NASCIT continues to hold 25.2 million Augean shares, a 24.9% stake. Augean Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills also is a director of NASCIT.

Panoply Holdings PLC - London-based IT consulting - Non-Executive Director Christopher Sweetland buys 30,000 shares at 199.17p and 20,000 shares at 192p, together worth GBP98,151, on Wednesday. Now has 80,000 shares, a 0.1% stake.
