(Sharecast News) - Network International revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Ali Mazanderani had acquired 44,290 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed payments solutions group.
Mazanderani, a former partner at emerging markets investment firm Actis LLP, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 293.52p each, for a total value of £129,998.23.
Back in October, Network said that full-year underlying net profit was set to be in line with market expectations.
As of 1630 GMT, Network shares were up at 6.84% at 324.80p.
