(Alliance News) - Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC on Tuesday said a nominee account, of which its joint chief executive is a beneficiary, sold 500,000 shares at 108 pence each.
Following the GBP540,000 deal Frank Hanna, the joint CEO in question, has a total beneficial and non-beneficial interest of 550,000 shares or an approximately 0.6% stake.
Shares in specialist brick manufacturer closed down 3.3% at 108.80p in London on Tuesday.
