(Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC on Tuesday said two directors purchased shares in the company.
William Nixon purchased 70,821 shares at 70.60 pence each, GBP50,000 altogether.
Peter Linthwaite purchased 7,082 shares at the same price, GBP5,000 in total.
Their stakes in the company following the purchases were not stated.
Maven Income & Growth shares closed untraded at 65.00p each in London on Tuesday.
